What to eat
The sadya, served on a banana leaf, is the headline. Olan also does more than 20 kinds of puttu, Malabar specialities such as kunji pathal, dishes from the Kottayam and Pala kitchens, and fresh fish. The kitchen buys from the market daily and does not freeze its ingredients.
