What to expect
Karlad is a small freshwater lake with water lilies over part of its surface. The main draw is a long zipline from a tower across the water, along with kayaking, pedal and row boats, bamboo rafting and rock climbing. There are cottages and tents for overnight stays.
Before you go
One travel listing says the lake has been closed since the 2024 landslides, while visitor reviews from 2024–25 describe it running. We have found no official notice either way, so please call ahead or ask us to check.
