What to expect
The museum has four galleries. Veerasmruthi shows hero stones; Gothrasmruthi and Jeevanasmruthi cover tribal headgear, jewellery, weapons and musical instruments; Devasmruthi runs from Neolithic finds to stone idols of the 12th century and terracotta. Pottery from nearby megalithic burial sites is also on display.
